By booking an appointment with EvoluSkin you agree to the following terms and policies:

  • For safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted in the Evolve Esthetics office under any circumstances. This includes services involving sharp instruments (e.g., dermaplaning with a surgical blade), chemical peels, and hot wax hair removal.

    Minors under 18 may receive services but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Clients who bring children to their appointment will be denied service and charged a 75% non-refundable cancellation fee. No exceptions.

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 75% charge of the total service price.

    • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late (for waxing) or more than 10 minutes late (for facials) will be considered late. This may result in a shortened service time or a full cancellation.

    • Canceled appointments due to lateness will be charged a 75% cancellation fee.

    • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged a 75% cancellation fee.

    • If the card on file is declined, the cancellation fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Repeated lateness may result in a booking ban.

    • Clients who cancel or reschedule more than three consecutive times will lose online booking privileges.

    • A non-refundable, non-transferable 75% deposit will be required for all future appointments.

    • EvoluSkin reserves the right to ban clients who frequently cancel or reschedule.

  • Exceptions for emergencies are at the sole discretion of EvoluSkin, LLC and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
